The Purchasing Power Program (P3) is OSO’s flagship initiative designed to reduce the cost of living for our beneficiary members while supporting local businesses.

About P3
Launched in February 2025, the Purchasing Power Program (P3) is OSO’s first initiative to counter the rising cost of living through a self-sustaining, community-based model.
Each beneficiary member receives a monthly discount allowance, helping them save on essential purchases in a consistent and transparent way. With P3, OSO is building a self-sustaining model of social support—one that strengthens communities from within.
P3 creates a win-win ecosystem: regular members shop at our partner stores as usual, and a percentage of their spending is redirected to fund discounts for those in need.
How P3 Works
P3 follows the same transparent and sustainable model used across OSO programs:
Member Verification
OSO verifies Beneficiary Members, who then gain access to a 15 % monthly discount usable at partner’s store.Local Partnership
OSO signs agreements with trusted local businesses. These partners agree to provide discounts and report transactions monthly.All Sales Are Counted
Whether it’s a Regular or Beneficiary Member making a purchase, 1% of the total sale is paid by the partner to OSO.Built-In Sustainability
This 1% return funds OSO’s operations — and more sales mean a stronger, more scalable system. This is why Regular Members are essential: they generate activity and ensure the program lasts.
Current Progress
Launch Date: 01/02/2025, P3 Version 1.0
As of Version 1.1, P3 has achieved strong initial traction:
1 Partner active under a formal agreement
11 Beneficiary Members verified and receiving monthly support
14 Regular Members supporting the system by shopping
Monthly discounts of up to Rs 3,000 per Beneficiary
1% return on all member purchases keeping OSO independent and growing
Launch Date: 01/02/2025 — now operating under Version 1.1 (since 01/05/2025)
Professional Partnership
By joining P3, Your Business gain visibility, loyal customers, and a social impact profile. In return, they contribute 1% of all P3-member sales back to OSO to keep the program active and transparent.
Regular Membership
No donations, no obligations. Simply shop at P3 partner stores — and you’ll be helping others every time. Regular members are the economic backbone of P3, driving the transactions that fund the program.
Beneficiary Membership
Receive a monthly discount balance for use at OSO-approved Businesses. Each purchase reduces your cost of living without affecting the the partne, thanks to the 1% sustainability system.
