OSO Connect : support a student
OSO Connect is a secure and transparent support system designed to help individuals support verified students in need, especially in higher education.
We act only as a connector: verifying each case and making it possible for genuine students to find real supporters.

What is OSO's role?
OSO acts as a transparent and neutral connector between students in need and individuals who wish to support them.
We do not fund students directly and we do not collect donations. Instead, we verify each student’s case by reviewing documents, confirming enrollment, and assessing financial need.
Once a student is approved, OSO publishes their profile and helps match them with a suitable supporter.
We ensure the secure transfer of funds, keep clear records for both parties, and share progress updates when available.
I want to become a sponsor, what do I do?
➡️ You want to become a sponsor?
Start by visiting the “Support a Student” section, where you can browse the profiles of verified students.
When one speaks to you, click “Support this student” to express your interest.
You will then receive a short Terms of Agreement that confirms your contribution is voluntary, personal, and not a donation to OSO.
Once accepted, OSO transfers your support securely to the student. With their consent, you may also receive occasional updates.
You can support once or on a regular basis, and you are always free to adjust your involvement.
I am a student and want to apply to the program
If you are currently enrolled in a recognized institution and facing financial difficulty, you are welcome to apply to OSO Connect.
Fill out the student application form and submit your documents, including proof of enrollment, income-related information, and a short personal statement.
After a short interview and review process, approved students will appear in the system with the status “Verified” and “Awaiting Sponsor.”
You will also be asked to sign a Transparency Agreement that confirms your commitment to honesty, responsible use of the support, and optional progress updates.
