LEAP – Learning & Education Access Program
Opening the doors to education through partnerships, resources, and long-term support.

About LEAP
As the education landscape in Parachinar faces financial, geographic, and social barriers, OSO (Omeed Social Organisation) is launching the Learning & Education Access Program (LEAP).
LEAP is OSO’s flagship initiative in the education sector. It connects students with meaningful opportunities to pursue learning—whether through scholarships, mentorship, training programs, or academic partnerships.
LEAP’s mission is simple: no student should be left behind due to financial or systemic barriers.
How LEAP Works
LEAP follows the same sustainable model as OSO’s P3 Program. While P3 reduces the cost of living through discounts, LEAP focuses on education access — by covering 100% of selected students’ fees through strategic partnerships.
But LEAP doesn’t stop there. To make the model self-sustaining:
2% of each support package is returned to OSO for reinvestment (vs. 1% in P3).
This return is used to fund future students, strengthen our partnerships, and keep LEAP growing — without depending on donations.
Current Progress
Since its launch, LEAP has already taken its first bold steps in transforming educational access:
3 students fully supported
Each student is covered under a Beneficiary Member Agreement, receiving 100% of their educational fees paid for one academic year — renewable based on academic progress and program continuation.1 official partner
Al Mustafa School and College has joined LEAP through a formal one-year renewable partnership agreement, making it the first educational institution to collaborate with OSO in this mission.
This is only the beginning. With each student supported and every new partner onboard, we move closer to a future where education is a right, not a privilege.
Professional Partnership
For Educational Institutions & Professionals
If you represent a school, college, or training center — you can partner with OSO by joining LEAP.
Through a Professional Partnership Agreement, you agree to provide free seats, mentorship, or educational resources to selected OSO Beneficiary Members.
Together, we build a system where access replaces charity.
Regular Membership
For Families & Citizens Who Believe in Impact
As a Regular Member, you don’t give a single rupee to OSO — yet you become the driving force behind our mission.
By simply admitting your child to a LEAP partner institution, you strengthen the ecosystem and make it viable for others to benefit.
You’re not donating. You’re participating in a cycle of access and solidarity.
For Students in Need of Support
At OSO, we don’t believe in half-measures. Once you are registered as a Beneficiary Member under LEAP, we commit to covering 100% of your educational expenses — for as long as needed, until your path to stability is secured.
You study. We’ll handle the rest.
